That's why we charge you less commission, not 6% or even 7%. We never compromise on service; we're simply keeping things fair.

We only charge 1%!  HQhomes only charges 1% for "More Than Full Service" real estate services. If there is another Realtor invovled in the sale then you have to pay that Realtor 2.8% of the sales price. About 1 out of every 4 or 5 homes we sell only pay 1% total commission. I normally tell people - If you have to pay 3.8% then you are just going to like us - but if we can make it where you only pay 1% - you are going to love us! In reality all of our clients love us!
